1. The diameter of the bolt has a certain influence on the accuracy of the control. In the construction, they are all connected by the same type of screw, and they must be calibrated after a period of use.

2. It should be turned on and idling for 3-5 minutes before work. If the motor sparks loudly, the sound is abnormal, and the torque is unstable during operation, it should be shut down immediately for inspection, and do not work with illness.

3. Regularly clean and replace the grease. Generally, after 5,000 times of work, a cleaning and refueling should be carried out to extend the service life.

4. The power switch on the host, the carbon brush, the fuse on the controller, etc. are all vulnerable parts, which are prone to failure, and should be checked frequently and replaced in time.

5. If the screws on the tool are found to be loose during use, they should be tightened in time.

6. Do not lift the cable when carrying the tool, and pay attention to handle it gently to prevent vibration and drop. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. If it is found to be damp, it should be dried in time. Do not contact or store them together with acids, alkalis and other harmful substances.

Application of fixed torque electric wrench

Electric wrenches are mainly used in the steel structure installation industry, specializing in the installation of steel structure high-strength bolts. High-strength bolts are used to connect steel structure joints, usually in the form of bolt groups.

High-strength bolts can be divided into torsion shear type and large hexagon type. The national standard torsion shear type high-strength bolts are M16, M20, M22, and M24. Now there are two non-national standard M27 and M30; the national standard large hexagon high-strength bolt is M16 , M20, M22, M24, M27, M30, etc. Generally, the tightening of high-strength bolts must be tightened first and then finally tightened, and each step requires strict torque requirements. A fixed torque wrench must be used for the initial tightening and final tightening of large hexagonal high-strength bolts.

The fixed torque electric wrench is a mechanized construction tool for assembling threaded parts and bolts, and has the function of automatically controlling torque. It is widely used in the erection of bolt-welded structural bridges, the installation of factory buildings, towers, chemical, metallurgical, and power generation equipment, large machinery, lifting equipment and vehicle assembly operations, and strict torque and axial tension of threaded fasteners Where required.
