Talking:How to cut the delivery time and how to increase quality?

In order to offer better server to our customers.after our talking,company  make a decision as follows:

1.Aim: increase product eligibility from 95% to 97%.

Do: 

1)increase the frequency of inspection from blank to finishing.must check the quality from 5 times per day to 10 times per day.

2) Must check quality,according to drawing.

3) Increase the reviewer to review quality during products  manufacturing process and packing process.

2.Cut Delivery Cycle Time from 60 days to 45 days.

Do:

1) Optimization of production technology and equipment.

2) Strengthen the management of time and personnel

3) buffer stock.
