China's Household Hand Tool Exports Plunge to $69M in Feb 2023

After three months of growth, overseas shipments of household hand tools decreased by -61.2% to 5.3K tons in February 2023. Overall, exports showed a perceptible contraction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in March 2022 when exports increased by 27% month-to-month.

 In value terms, household hand tools exports fell remarkably to $69M (IndexBox estimates) in February 2023. In general, exports, however, continue to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in March 2022 with an increase of 31% m-o-m.
