Pneumatic Oil Extractor
6 Litre
This versatile oil and fluid extractor has been designed to extract engine oil from engines via the dip stick tube (or oil service pipe if no dipstick fitted) using vacuum generated by workshop compressed air pressure.
The 6 litre capacity allows the unit to be used on most modern engines and provides the capacity for at least one sump full of oil while still maintaining a good level or portability.
Three extraction hoses are supplied, two semi rigid nylon for use on dip stick tubes and one flexible silicone hose to fit and seal over the oil service pipe. A brake bleed nipple adaptor is also supplied which lets the unit (in conjunction with the flexible silicone hose) be used as a vacuum brake bleeder.
The unit can also be used to extract gearbox oil, automatic transmission fluid and final drive oil. For best results ensure that all oils are warm before extracting.
The unit is evacuated by turning the extract/dispense control to dispense; the pressure container is protected by a pressure relief valve factory-set to 43psi (2.96 Bar).
All supplied hoses include quick-fit connectors; hose sets and the unit top pressure container seal are available separately.
