BYD announced on Monday that the leading European car dealer, Hedin Mobility Group, had been appointed as its "Dealer +" in Germany and Sweden.
Through the partnership, Hedin Mobility Group will distribute and sell BYD's electric passenger cars, and provide relevant aftersales services in German and Swedish markets.

Customers will be able to view and experience BYD's latest passenger car models at BYD's pioneering stores, which will be established in some cities in the aforesaid two European countries. The first pioneering shop is set to open in Stockholm, Sweden in October.

To be more specific, BYD's vehicles will be sold in Sweden through Hedin Mobility Group's extensive dealership group Hedin Bil. In Germany, the Chinese automaker's vehicles will be sold via a host of handpicked dealerships. The initial vehicle deliveries are expected in the fourth quarter of this year.

Hedin Mobility Group is one of Europe's largest privately owned dealership groups, operating over 230 dealerships in eight countries in Europe, including Germany and Sweden.
